The room offered excellent city views. The gym included several modern treadmills and stationary bikes. I found the rooftop pool a relaxing place, with comfortable loungers available.
I noticed some minor wear on the carpet in the hallway.

i stayed for three nights following a cruise. the room had great appointments. the staff was friendly. farmhouse offered great breakfast with many choices. i had my last evening meal there before leaving. it had so much to choose from! the coffee shop was a great addition to the premises.
the absence of an escalator at the mtr north point station required using stairs to reach the train platform.

The room had a fantastic view of the harbour. The gym was also well-equipped. I found the location great with an MTR entrance nearby.
I requested some curd for the kids one day, but staff said they could not give us any. I requested salt to add to the food and they charged us 20HKD. This put me off the most.

the location was convenient. Bus routes, mass transit, and the public ferry were nearby.
We stayed for six nights. The service was very average. We travelled with two babies. We requested some curd one day for the kids, but they said they COULDN'T provide it. We asked for salt to add to the food, they charged us 20hkd. This detail put us off THE most.

lynette and paldo at the front desk provided excellent service during my birthday celebration. they ensured every aspect of my stay was perfect. they arranged the celebration and provided a surprise room upgrade. they were helpful, efficient, warm and friendly.
